Hello everyone,
I'm on prozac right now for depression and anxiety, as well I have been on many other antidepressents. I read somewhere that omega 3 and 6 are very helpful with the processing in the brain at the serotonin recepter level. In other words it may help my ssri to work better or basically help with my depression. Anyone know anything about this?
Thnx

> ThnxThe problem is too much omega-6, and not enough omega-3.
