What do the various capsule sizes stand for? I haven't been able to figure out what sizes are larger and what sizes are smaller. Wish they'd include scaled pictures so we could judge what we're trying to order.
Also, what type/brand device do you use to make your own capsules? I know of a couple places to purchase them including beyond-a-century.com but I was wondering if there's a particular type that any of you would recommend. Smi2le.biz claims that they will be selling a device soon that is far superior to what's on the market now. (BTW, what am I not getting about their name? What is the point of putting a "2" in the middle of "smile"?)
Thanks,
K

I just bought some that are "OO". They looked like the biggest. "O" looked like they might be half their size. The package of the OOs (NOW brand) says that they hold between 700 and 900 mg of most vitamin powders.

No kidding? I've never seen them at the one near me. I'll have to check again.
I hope you realized that I was laughing at myself (and not you) in my last post. I was so fixated on finding a contraption to work the capsules that I didn't even think about doing it manually. How silly is that?

I would just get one from another souce. That "device" has been advertised on the smi2le site for quite a while now. I have ordered stuff from there though and received it with no problem.
