Oh, I'm sorry. Yes, B12 and B6, not B16.

Here's one source:
http://www.iherb.com/coenzymated1.htmlBe aware that most places charge substantial shipping fees to Canada, and you'll also have a Customs handling fee. The shipping fee is pretty much a flat rate, so if you order a good amount of stuff, it costs less, proportionally. Also, iherb gives a web discount, based on the size of the order. So, if you put in a good sized order, the shipping is more than covered by the discount.
I had my last iherb order in under 48 hours.

For a small fee ($4 for expedited Expresspost), shipment can take 2 - 3 days. The prices are quite good, and there is no additional fee for orders over $50. I am not familiar with which brands are the best, but they seem to have relatively good selection and a number of brands to choose from. They have two brands of sublingual B-12, but I didn't notice any sublingual B-6.Tamara

Thank you, both of you.
I think I'll just shop from that Canadian site.
Btw, I have to get Fish Oil, too, but it seems like the Canadian site does not have any liquid Fish Oil.
Do you know any other Canadian site?

I got fish oil from them (Sisu Salmon Oil Capsules). Look under the heading "Supplemental Oils" and you will see a sub-heading "Fish Oil". You will find a number of choices there.

I see, but it seems like there is no liquid Fish Oil other than Cod Liver Oil.
Anyway, which one would be the best brand?
RxOMEGA-3 <- this seems familiarfrom the makers of greens+ o3mega+ joy
<- This one claims that "The Only Mood Support Formula Available in North America with Concentrated EPA."

I didn't know that you could just Fish Oil. I have always used fish oil capsules, but I'm a novice at all this. Larry is extremely knowledgeable, and would be in a better position to answer your question.
I have some other Canadian sites from which you can order vitamins, etc., and will send them to you. I have just found that The Vitamin Shop has quite good prices.

These are the Canadian sites I have found:
www.canadiansun.com
www.canadianvitamins.com
www.canadian-wholesale-direct.com
www.naturaplus.com
www.ottway.comThe selection on these sites is obviously not as good as the site Larry suggested, but I have been able to get the basic supplements from these sites. For other things, I do go to iherb and others.
Good luck.
