Hi,

Do take anything else besides the B vitamins? If not, a good multivitamin/mineral might be a good place to start. For anxiety, niacinamide is good, along with magnesium, particularly magnesium glycinate or magnesium taurate. Fish oil is helpful for many, 1-4 grams of EPA.

I recommend the book "Optimum Nutrition for the Mind", written by Patrick Holford.

Here's his website: http://www.mentalhealthproject.com/content.asp?id_Content=994
