it's a new one on me, but i think larry might have some expertise in this area....
i looked and looked but they won't give you the protocol until you take the test 4 times, and although it is not expensive, i prefer to save money and time for things that might help people, including myselfthanks

>Hi Joebob,
That article looks interesting - mentions a lot about immune/toxin related issues that have a lot to do with nervous system disorders - find the autism sites really useful too.
Not sure I trust cheap supplements! I bought a cheap TMG a few weeks ago, that did very little - bought some by Jarrow and had amazing results!

Do you know if DMG would have a similar effect?

> joebobThe protocol is cholestyramine. It's an anion-exchange resin that stays in the gut. If this is to work, the "toxin" must be excreted in bile, or else there is no way for the two to make contact. The cholestyramine soaks up the toxin, and is excreted in feces. The theory is that neurotoxins that are excreted in bile can just be reabsorbed again, and the cholestyramine blocks that.
I'm skeptical.

I should have said, I'm skeptical unless a toxin has been implicated or identified.
