Hello -
I just been surfing epa/dha on google, and came up with a thread from sjwinfo.org about someone trying a high epa fish oil product. They claim normal fish oil induces anxiety in them, but these high epa capsules are doing the job nicely without anxiety.
There is a theory that DHA percentage in fish oil detracts from EPA's effectiveness. I wonder if high epa capsules would work better for anxiety - I had always assumed both work to balance each other - the DHA for depression and the EPA for anxiety.
Any thoughts? Larry - what do you think?
