Is it possible?
I would like to TRY niacinamide and no flush niacin together. 500 mgs of both daily.
I was always under the impression it was very difficult to take too much of water soluable vits like the B's, but I have read sources citing peripheral nerve damage matters as a problem.
Any insights appreciated.
