Hi!
What dose of niacinamide do you find works best for anxiety? How many times a day do you take it?
Thanks,
Ed.

Ed,
Have you read either of the posts above on this topic? They go into dosage as well. I find that I don't need very much. I was having panic attacks and starting to get agoraphobic so my anxiety was really getting out of control. Then I tried the niacinamide and it's allowing me to function. I initially took 1/2 of a 500 mg. pill twice a day but that was really knocking me out. Then I reduced to 1/3 of 500 mg. capsule twice a day for many days. Then that started to make me feel really groggy and so now I'm taking only 1/3 of a 500 mg. capsule one time a day. It seems to build up in my system. I find that I might have to take short breaks from it to prevent the build-up. I think I am unusually sensitive to it as others here seem to take 500 mg. twice a day without a problem.
