Does any one know if there are any dangers in taking large doses of vitamins for extended periods, ie years

I think if you look up the "upper limit" of vitamins (or sometimes it's called the UL) you can usually find something that mentions whether or not you can take it for years safely. Not always, but that's where I would start.

It all depends on which doses and what vitamins. If you want a specific answer, I'd be happy to lay one on you.
