If so, what does it help with?

Just curious, if Nootropil is a prescription med from UCB Pharma, why does it have to be redirected?

Hi,
In the UK, piracetam is a prescription drug. I think it's better to think of piracetam as a drug rather than a supplement. After all, it is not 'supplementing' any substance which is normally in the diet. Just because people buy it without a prescription doesn't mean that it's not a drug. After all, people buy prescription drugs without a prescription all the time!
Phenibut is another example of a drug which people often wrongly regard as a supplement.

Have you taken it before and what symptoms does it help with?

Dr Bob, unless you consider something woefully in the wrong place, have you considered letting the regulars decide where theit posts should be?
I appreciate there will be some "overlap", but generally posters know who their post is targetting for a response, or the kind of reasonaing behind why it should be posted in a particular place.
Just an idea..........before this gets whisked away to the admin board ;-)

Hi,
>OK, but an “alternative” drug?
I'm not sure what an alternative drug is! In the UK it is approved for the treatment of myoclonic epilepsy.
