I started using one regularly about 2 weeks ago. I've used it most days for at least an hour a day. (I'm also taking 2,000 IU of vitamin D.)

"Most people notice improvement in 2 to 4 days. In some cases, symptoms may not improve for several weeks. If symptoms are worsening or do not improve after 4 to 6 weeks of therapy, see your physician. You may require a change in treatment."

I also recently started taking modest doses of vitamin D 3. Do you know how long it takes for it to overcome a deficiency?
I started taking it before my 25 hydroxy blood test, so I don't have a good starting reference point. Did you have a 25 Hydroxy blood test?
