Kind of along the same lines as my xanax thread, I know from a one day trial that the nootropic drug Picamilon is great for anxiety. But when you put more gaba into your brain on a long term basis, won't that cause some kind of tolerance? Won't the gaba receptors downregulate to where the extra gaba won't do any good, and to where you would fall apart if you stopped?
Any thoughts or experience?
