Is this combo safe to take together??
I'm on the SJW but would like to add in the Sib Ginseng.
I tried taking it alittle while back, but er, I got shingles so I don't think/know if the two are linked somehow.....
any thoughts??

I'm not exactly sure how safe it is.....
However, a couple of years ago I took that exact combination for about 8 months. No bad effects that I know of, as in seriously bad side effects. All in all it did work quite well.
One thing in particular you should do though, I think about every 6-8 weeks its recommended that you have a 2 week break from the ginseng.
Also, I found Siberian ginseng to work better than Korean and the other types.
Your sex drive should improve too. :-)

I combined Rhodiola Rosea with Marplan (ireversable MAOI) and lived to tell the tale!
So I think you should be OKThe only possible danger might be that they share some MAOI activity, you could always check your BP if your worried.
