Hi,
I am relatively new to the whole omega-3 thing so I was wondering if there is a web site somewhere with comprehensive, up-to-date information about omega-3 (how much to take, what to take in conjunction with it, side effects etc.)?
Thank you!

You might google Omegabrite. That is what I take and they have some info on their site.

Thank you for your reply! I did find some useful information after googling Omegabrite. I also found Dr. Sears' (of the Zone phenomenon)site. http://www.drsears.com/welcome.page He has some good info on fishoil, but the site isn't the easiest to navigate.
