Anyone want to talk about how to lower my sex drive naturally or otherwise? It often causes problems in my life.

finasteride (propecia or proscar)
dutasteride (avodart)(Only men can take the last two).

borage oil (or any GLA fatty acid supplement) should work like finasteride and reduce sex drive as well.

If you have histadelia (high histamine levels) you should consider pycnogenol and fish oil
Fish oil (2-4 gram) has a general relaxing effect.
Pycnogenol is an natural antihistamine that also has general relaxing effect
If you do not have problems with depression you could also try magnesium (100-200 mg). It is cheap, has a general relaxing effect.
