It's interesting you mention the Noni Juice. I have used it at times, some of them VERY stressful, and I was as sure as I could be (I think) that there was some seratogenic(is that a word?) effect if I took enough. Could the Noni have helped balance the Emsam?

Man, just thinking about that stuff makes me dry-heave. ;)
I'll keep drinking my 1-3 ounces a day though, as it seems like it made a difference.
Today was fairly decent as well. Not too much fatigue. I actually went out and did stuff in the yard. A miracle - 2 days in a row!
I'll be really happen when/if I can work again. I only get disability for another year, at which point I'll be in serious financial trouble. :(
