QUESTION:
while taking selegiline (emsam) [6mg]
should one NOT TAKE phenylalanine and Rhodiola TOGETHER ?
I am assuming that it is an ' either - or ' situation....TIA for any info.

It's risky. Science has some ideas as to what Rhodiola's mechanism of action is, but none are really certain. If you've read reports of people taking it without ill effects, then go ahead. Otherwise I wouldn't mess around until you know that it's ok.

I took all 3 of those together for several months and had no problems at all...

I took deprenyl citrate in low doses with rhodiola and the AD effect was very good.
Unfortunately I couldn't sleep, so I stopped.

Disregard my earlier post, I was taking oral selegiline , not EMSAM when I was taking those. But I would like to know if you can take DLPA while taking EMSAM (6mg) b/c I am now taking that and would love it if I could take DLPA with it.
