my husband has had a complete cure useing these 3 vitamins.Its lasted over 10 mounths.Hes a different person.
I was just wondering if anyone else has any knowledge,luck or otherwise on these.
He takes 100mgs of each,morning and night.He takes nothing else,and he doesnt miss a day.

I had a good response to the combination of niacin and vitamin C. Those two have been recomended for bipolar and schizophrenia, but I think they're good for regular depression too. Niacin is very good for anxiety.
