You can get just the flavonoids, without having to eat a lot of dark chocolate, or buy passion flower, or whatever else has it in it.
I was just wondering if anyone tried this yet.
Its found in many things said to help with anxiety.

I just googled "types of flavonoids" but don't have time right now to look through all the information.I wasn't aware there was more than one type. Something to look through.
A single dark chocolate bar has 35% of what my body can handle of satuated fat. I read the ingrediants on one that I bought today, so I'm thinking I just need to try the extracts you get in pill form, if anyone can confirm that works.

I find citrus bioflavanoids have some effect in anxiety. The bioflavanoids can to some interesting intercellular stuff. Some decrease PKC (the stress enzyme) for instance.
