I have been taking remeron and it helped the depression but it gives me horrible chest pains, i quit taking it even though my dr told me to keep on it. Now my head is having severe!! pains, is this a withdrawl from the remeron and will it stop, please help, and what else can i take that will help with depression and anxiety that won't hurt my physically, because i have two kids and dont want to be part of an experiment.

I took Remeron once and once only....I quite understand. Do you have trouble sleeping anyway? Now that you have stopped taking it??

How long have you been taking the remeron and at what dose? Are you still having chest pains?

Fish oils, exercise and cognitive behavioral therapy can help depression.

I have been taking 30mg a night for 4 months, and yes still having chest pains, and bad head pains sort of like when you have the worst flu ever, have to hold your brain in your skull type of pains, i havent took in in 2or3 weeks. I couldn't sleep before, and now i cant sleep again. Last night I laid down at 11:30, went to sleep at 2:30 and was back up at 4 and stayed up. Tossing and turning, i have bad leg cramps all the way down to my ankels. This is nuts.
