Does anyone have any experience or knowledge about this? I have ADD but haven't had any success with drugs (Ritalin, Adderall, Strattera, Wellbutrin). They didn't work and/or had severe side effects that I couldn't stand.
So I'm looking into alternative treatments.
Any thoughts will be appreciated.

Neurofeedback is expensive, and it didn't deliver lasting results for me. But I didn't complete a full therapy program.
Lately I've been trying meditation. There's more solid research on meditation than there is on neurofeedback and its cheaper.

Thanks for your response. During the past few months I've been trying to learn more about meditation as well. You always hear such great stuff about it.... it's supposedly helpful for all kinds of problems.
