I'm not a technical person so it's hard to explain. Here's a link to an article about the founder of craniosacral therapy, John Upledger.

It's generally done by massage therapists or physical therapists although in my area several psychotherapist also utilize it in therapy.

You lay on a table fully clothed and the therapist gently palpitates different areas on your body. He/She mainly works with the neck and head. It's very relaxing. If you're working with a psychotherapist they usually incorporate guided imagery and sometimes breathing techniques. Some specialize in PTSD and trauma and offer help reworking through memories.

I've made alot of progress working through some stuff but it can be intense at times. I'm wondering if anyone else has utilized bodywork with psychotherapy or done CST.
