Wow I thought it was one of my manic-paranoid theories...
So theoretically the nickel is used in these enzymes which break down Glutathione so we are left with toxic brains... what to do? Just raising glutathione will just give the exnzymes more substrate... what chelates nickel out?
So much research to do I'll be up all night! Must get some chocolate now.

Im not sure its the enzyme itself is toxic or the low levels of Glutathione. My bet is its the enzyme itself. Nickel is not good for you, so I would get rid of that nickel crown. How to get rid of nickl or reduce these enzymes will not be easy.

Maybe I can save you some time. CFS docs have shown the best way to raise glutathione levels is with Undenatured Whey protein. (search "CFS WHEY").

It was for Chronic Fatigue. Undenatured Whey protein to raise glutathione levels which helps CF.

Both made me anxious which may have been a good sign. At the time I didn't want more anxious. I cannot vouch for anything other than that. They didn't cure me. Most decent bodybuilding protein claims to be undenatured. We've been buying this one from iherb.com:

Thanks a lot for answering.
Let me briefly explain to you MY situation. For 4.5 years I was taking Paxil, effexor, celexa, and lexapro (All SSRI antidepressants). These drugs have made me so suicidal, manic, and psychotic that I started drinking, smoking, and taking uppers and downers WITH the antidepressants!!
I think that this long period of heavy drug use has really robbed my body of all of its glutathione because I'm REALLY SICK now. I think this is the only viable explanation since all drugs require glutathione to be processed... This is why I'm looking for a good glutathione-Building powder.

I'm a little late to this discussion....
There is no better way to both promote glutathione formation, and to conserve existing stocks, that to take N-acetyl cysteine.
Tylenol overdose can cause complete liver failure, entirely due to glutathione depletion. If caught in time, before the damage is permanent due to cell apoptosis, the emergent treatment is N-acetyl cysteine. It's *that* effective.

Okay, I now know why my panic attack disorder has all but vanished. Last April I started taking an all natural product called Maxgxl....Glutathione accelerator. It has been done some amazing things, but I never put it together with anxiety and Panic. WHOOO- HOOOOO score one for the big boys...you all can try this product too go to Maxgxl.com/earners I was taking it for RA and Myofascial Pain Syndrome. Hope this helps someone.....
