Has any one tried Lithium orotate?
Does it stabilize mood?
Does it decrease agressivity/irritability?
Does it alleviate depression? What dosage is recommended?

i've heard that it's not a good idea to take lithium without being monitored.
"With Lithium, small changes in dosage can lead to hallucinations, severe illness and even death. For this reason Lithium use should always be carefully monitored by a doctor with regular blood tests."

Lithium Orotate does not need to be monitored since it is a low dose treatment. Usually 15 mg of elemental lithium compared to 126 mg of elemental lithium from lithium carbonate.
Never tried Lithium Orotate but these links might help you

Nutritional dosages of 10-15mg of lithium orotate needs no monitoring or supervision and will alleviate alcohol craving and depression and stablize mood over 4 weeks (Werbach et al)
Brewers yeast is rich in lithium which (apart from its high b-vit content) probably accounts for its invigorating qualities...
American Biologics is a good option
