Was doing a bit of an archive search for a few things (zizyphus for one) and came across this book recommendation from you. I was wondering if you owned a copy and how good you actually thought it was given its not exactly cheap.
"Principles and Practice of Phytotherapy "
I've put double quotes around it so if I've done it correctly, others can take a quick look too.

Hi TJ
That's the best single book on herbs and their effect on the various human systems I know of.
(Kerry Bone is the bloke behind Mediherb, which provides herbs for dispensing and grows and processes them, I imagine.)
The Mills bloke, maybe he's from Britland?
But as you say, it's not cheap. There are interesting herbs not in it too.
Solidly scientific stuff, as well as the traditions.

Thanks mate, I've popped it in my wish list and will see what pennies are available over the coming weeks.
I can get it for £46 through an amazon reseller (new) which doesnt sound too bad if its as good as you say.
Thanks again
