Ok, so it looks like the stereotypical American hard sell (I nearly fell asleep reading their ad!!) but I guess someone, somewhere has tried it and can comment on its affectiveness, or perhaps offer a variant they have tried?
Any comments welcome.
I sleep too much by the way, but I just KNOW the quality of my sleep is rubbish as I NEVER wake up refreshed.

Hey TJ
I'm a fan of zizyphus, not so much of passionflower (I react to it) or valerian (depressogenic?).
You need heaps of it though, one of those herbs you take in high doses.
I've sometimes got these inner seeds (of the date, zizyphus spinosa), and they can be eaten somewhat like sunflower seeds. Quite tasty. It would be good if they were readily available in bulk.

Zizyphus sounds interesting but I've never tried it.
I've only tried chamomile which I din't like, forget now why..I know it didn't help at all at best.
And TJ,I agree on your view on the add, and you did far better than me.. my eyes glaze over kinda

I suppose it is slightly comical. I wonder what it is they're measuring in that energy/deep sleep graph and how they obtained their results?
Click on this link at the bottom of the webpage.............
"Click here ONLY if you've decided NOT to order right now"
.............and they will install a nice little tracking cookie on your computer while you read the ultra hard-sell blurb. At least they can still exploit you in some small way even if you don't part with your hard earned.
I'm not sure I'd trust the quality of the ingredients sold by such a company.

I was surpised....
When I was on abilify, it helped the insomnia I had. Then again, it just may have been the neurontin I was taking.A friend recommended it and she swore by it
