Hi,

I have tried taking Vitamin B Supplements before but didn't notice an improvement.

What doseages do you need to take and for how long before you feel an improvement.

Also, I see you go by the name of Zyprexa, are you still taking it?

Most definitly taking zyprexa, 15mg.

I take B-100, plus 500mcg B-12 and 400mcg folic acid(a b-vit). B-100 is just 100mg or 100mcg of all the b-vitamins. B vitamins are good for nerve damage, stress, depression. I found a much powerfull effect off the first B-100 pill.

Hi,

Well I took about 8 tablets of Brewers Yeast tonight, which equals about 100mg in B1 but didn't notice in any lessening of anxiety.

I'll keep taking it though I am very sceptical.

If you are taking Zyprexa, how can you tell if B Vitamins are helping you just out of interest?

I think you need to take more than B1 only. You need to atleast take B12. What I'm taking is a mix of 11 different B's. Which includes: B1, B2, niacin, B6, folic acid, B12, biotin, pantothenic acid, PABA, inositol, choline bitarate. All in one pill at a dose each of 100mg or 100mcg. Called B-100. B-12 is one that deffinetly affects nerve health and depression and stress. You are right that B-1 helps too, I just have never taken that one separetly. My Pdoc perscribed the B-complex, he suggested B-50, but pharmacist told me that B-100 is the best and not much more expensive.

things that I've noticed since taking it are: increased sense of touch, and more visual experience, colors more colorfull, vision better.

I don't realy know which B-vitamins are doing what they do, just that whatever is in the B-100 complex is working.

I noticed a difference when I took the first B-100 pill it was the only new pill that day.

Currently I'm taking B-100, B12 500mcg, 10000mcg biotin and folic acid 400mcg. The folic acid is from a difficiency I have, didn't notice anything different with that one. The high dose of biotin helps blood sugar and has bit of AD. B-12 helps mood a little and B-100 is very good.
