I drink large amounts of coffee each day and I'm wondering does this effect the vitamin and supplements that I'm taking? I drink large amounts of water as well. I'm concerned about toxicity to my system especially taking adderall and possibly adding l-phenylalanine.

Yes this could be a concenrn. You may want to try and consolidate your stimulants.
Combining aderall, caffinene, and phenylalnine could result in overstimulation.
You will want to be carefull, and perhaps get a blood pressure check done.
If ADHD is the main problem, you may want to try omega-3 supplements. Zinc too can help ADHD, and may lower the effective dose of a stimulant.
