Hello,
I'm wondering if anyone has any anecdotal info about Cold-FX. Apparently it's an extract from North American ginseng that has proven very effective at both preventing colds and fighting them off.
I've found nothing but good reviews online and Health Canada has done studies that also show it's effective. http://www.drugratingz.com/ShowRatings.jsp?tcvid=1285 for example.
I'm just starting to notice the onset of cold symptoms (minor sore throad/coughing) so I've decided to give it a try. I'm leaving on Thursday (3days) to see my girlfriend so I'm really hoping it'll ward off any potential cold.
Just wondering if anyone here has tried it and perhaps can post their experiences....

Thanks!

My friend swears by it. I tried it & yes, I think it did help, but I also take massive doses of Vitamin C & homeopathic remedies also, so never know what helps or if it's the total effect.
