Nardil is a non reversible MAOI, which is a very important point to note, in fact it's crucial. Please read this following extract from wikipedia.
"Reversibility
The early MAOIs inhibited monoamine oxidase irreversibly. When they react with monoamine oxidase, they permanently deactivate it, and the enzyme cannot function until it has been replaced by the body, which can take about two weeks. A few newer MAOIs, notably moclobemide, are reversible, meaning that they are able to detach from the enzyme to facilitate usual catabolism of the substrate. The level of inhibition in this way is governed by the respective concentrations of the substrate and the MAOI."
It would be a wise idea to not take any SSRI medication or any susbtance that positively affects Serotonin reuptake within 2 weeks of withdrawing from a non reversible MAOI.Therefore for safety's sake do NOT take 5HTP or any SSRI whilst withdrawing from Nardil.
Since Nardol inhibits type A and type B Monoamines, it widely affects major neurotransmitters in the brain, making it difficult for the lay person to recommend what to supplement with for withdrawal.

Take medical advice before supplementing is my advice.
