It is claimed that SAMe Butanedisulfonate is a superior form of SAMe.
SAMe Butanedisulfonate is much more expensive though.
Any thoughts?

I've only seen one practitioner's impression that the more expensive stuff was superior, with not a bit of supporting evidence. Do you know of any evidence for superiority?

I do not know of any evidence that the more expensive SAMe is superior to the cheaper SAMe, other than the manufacturer's claim. I was just wondering if it's worth the extra money to buy the more expensive stuff.

total guess is maybe 20% cost difference might be? if its a lot more expensive, just buying more of the other stuff would be better. using right away is important too
