When I take SAMe by itself, I get unwanted effects / side effects such anxiety, agitation and (bad) memory flashbacks.
When I take NADH by itself, I get unwanted effects / side effects such as anxiety, agitation and slight aggressiveness / easyly irritated.
BUT, when I take BOTH together, I have far less unwanted effects / side effects, instead I feel rather energised.
Anyone else have a similar experience?
Is there a biochemical "reason", why this could be so? I.e. do they somehow work together or are part of the same "mechanism", so that it possibly makes sense to take them together?

i recall larry hoover saying that TMG 'smoothed out' the effects of NADH for him, so i guess there's a similar mechanism at play.
This is the end of the thread.
