Hello,
I have recently started taking 20mg of zinc (for apparent glutamate modulation) and flax seed oil and have noticed a decrease in my worrying (ocd). Has anyone had this same reaction and can explain why flax seed oil and zinc might be good for ocd?

No idea what the mechanism is, but both can help alleviate feelings of depression and anxiety to a certain extent. However, I prefer fish oil over flax seed. I think it works better for depression.
