Has lots of positive reviews, looks interesting.

Thanks for the link! I should have done that. For a novice like myself, it is systematic, with lists of amino acids and their best form to take and other things. author claims it may help many eventually do w/o pharmaceuticals, or for others, to be able to reduce. I find that a more balanced message, somewhat, depending on your dx and commitment to his advocated 6 week trial tune-up. (He is only selling the book, btw). A bit different from the "I can cure you 100%" claims. Curious if anyone else has cracked it yet and what they might think.

Based on Amazon reviews it seems like a paleolithic diet.
