I have been trying a new routine with my nutrients to help me sleep. This is what I do and it really helps:
Night 1--Take 400IU vitamin E, 1mg of melatonin, 100mg of magnesium oxide, and 200mcg of selenium.
Night 2--Take 400IU vitamin E, 1mg of melatonin, 125-250mg of niacinamide (not Niacin), and 200mcg of selenium.
Night 3--Take 400IU vitamin E, 1mg of melatonin, 2 rapid release gelcaps of Tylenol PM, and 200mcg of selenium.
Night 4--Start Night 1 again.
So far, this regimen has worked well for me, but I'll let you know how it works long-term.

Seriphos is Phosphorylated Serine, which is apparently a much better absorbed version of Phosphatidyl Serine. It works by lowering Cortisol.
Some brands of Seriphos seem to work better than others according to anedoctal user reviews.

Thank you for the information. I will keep it in mind. I haven't tried anything new for quite a while because I am usually let down by any other supplements not recommended for bipolar/schizophrenia.
This is the end of the thread.
