Does chromium picolinate really stabilize high blood glucose? I am pre-diabetic, probably from the Risperdal I take for my psychosis. I've been on it for 4 years now, and a recent blood test indicated that my fasting blood glucose was a little on the high side, not diabetic, but pre-diabetic. Will taking chromium be helpful by taking it now before any diabetes takes hold? Any experiences are welcome. Thank you.
