I was wondering if there were any success stories using yohimbine for libido? I'm using an SNRI which may have much to do with my low libido (as well as depression) and am interested in yohimbine both for anti-depressant quality and energy, but mainly in hopes for libido (and if successful, what form?) High hopes here :)
Thanks!

Well, I was in Bangkok and got some and took a double dose (as you do) and it made me feel awful.
It *might* be good for libido or function.
It had a bad effect on my mood with no compensation improvements.

I think epimedium is less bad.

The best aphrodisiac is moderate to intense exercise where you are in the "zone" followed by a meditative stretch. Once you are in the best possible physical/cardiovascular shape, your libido should be much much improved.
Other things that may boost libido/sexual performance:
Maca
Ginger
Cayenne
Arginine/Pycnogenol combo
Muira Puama
Wild Oats Milky Seed
Ginseng
Rhodiola
Cordyceps
Sarsparilla
D Aspartic Acid-mainly for males as it has a pronounced effect on testosterone and libido

wow, awesome thanks! I did try a yohimbine mix (libido max) which gave me energy, but then made me jittery. I took 3 (you can take up 10 4). I have a little baby which zaps most of my energy and time, but I do love exercise, but thought a little herbal help might be good too, so many thanks!
