I'm starting Deplin as an adjunct to my 10 mg of Prozac and 250 mg Lamictal and my doctor told me to start at 15mg but i've heard that there's a window of effectiveness, so I started at 7.5mg which i've been on for 5 days and i haven't noticed anything except a little increased anxiety. Should i up it to 15 mg?

Hi did you settle on a Deplin dose yet? I found it activating at 7.5mg when I started it although that effect seemed to fade. I've never tried the 15mg dose but I would consider it if my depression worsens again. Are you taking it with an SSRI? herpills

i've been taking 7.5 mg for the last 3 weeks with 10 mg prozac, but the prozac is so numbing that i'm reducing it to 5mg and upping the deplin to 15mg.
