I am new here. I take 18 grams of inositol for my ocd with my zoloft and the two cause serious sweating. I had sweating on zoloft before which was manageable but when 18 grams of inositol was added it doubled the sweating. Both help me so much so I don't want to give either of them up nor decrease my dose on either of them as I have tried and it caused regression. I see a new form of inositol has come out called d-chiro-inositol. My question is do you think that d-chiro could be metabolized differently than myo and not cause such intense sweating? Any thoughts would be great thanks.
This is the end of the thread.
