I seem to do better on lower doses of this stuff. If I take more than 400UI of vitamin D a day, it seems to make me more anxious and gives me headaches. 200-400UI seems to help.

I thought it aggravated my insomnia.
How do you find it for sleep?

Linkadge,
Vitamin D seemed to help with my fatigue, difficulty concentrating, and hypersomnia in the short run, as well. A high dose (3,600 IU) seemed to worsen my hypersomnia in the long run, which led me to end my recent vitamin D trial, but maybe a lower dose will at least not do any harm to me in the long run.
I'm glad that low-dose vitamin D seems to be helping you, and I hope that the benefits that you've been noticing since starting the vitamin will continue.

Identical thing happens to me over 5000 iu's a day. I find that 2000iu's as well as my light lamp in the morning is effective. So much so that I have had to stop using the light lamp is it activates me not in a manic way but aggravation. Trying to fine tune how much light lamp I need. I had no idea that a light lamp was so powerful.

I tried a single stat dose of 400 000 units to treat suspected deficiency. I did not notice any effects, positive or otherwise.
