Ever since i switched from Doctors best lithium orotate to Swansons Lithium orotate i feel worse.
What would be a lithium carbonate dosage that would be equal to 250 mg lithium orotate?

I don't know what lithium carbonate dose would be equivalent to 250 mg of lithium ororate. Maybe somebody on the medication board will know.
Alternatively, you could try to take yet another brand of lithium ororate to see if you get better results.

I think i will aim at 100mg Lithium extended release.
Thats about 20mg of elementar lithium.I took 10mg with the 250 lithium orotate. I will try carbonate first because it would probably be cheaper this way with medical insurance.

I think i snapped out of my funk. Zyprexa was reduced 5mg to total of 10mg.
