I ordered lithium aspartate from US to Canada today (it is not available in Canada).
I am going to take up to 20mg.
Does anybody know the bioequivilancy between the aspartate and carbonate forms?
i.e. is 5mg of aspartate = 5mg of carbonate?

Its just a lithium supplement (low dose).

Low dose Lithium generally.
In my book, for specifically suicidal thinking, prescription dose isn't needed.

Yes. I think it is. I've noticed my thoughts have been calmer and I haven't had any severe lows. Its not dramatic, but I think it is doing something.
