I have seen some literature from a Dr. at Harvard named Dr. Chris Pittenger who talks about the benefits of Sarcosine for OCD (glycine reuptake inhibitor). Has anyone had experience with this? 500-2000mgs is all one needs apparently which isn't even a tablespoon.

I tried it for schizo-affective type depressive but it gave me some akathisia along with only a mild antidepressant effect.
Stopped it.
