I've found phenibut to be very effective at controlling my anxiety. I take it at night and wake up feeling great. The pronlem is that I have had to increase the dose over time to keep it effective. I went from 1.5 grams at night to 5 grams in a span of 3 months.
Now I'm taking a break and been off it for three days. The withdrawal is not that bad, not nearly as bad as getting off benzos. I plan on going back on it tonight and keep going though this kind of cycle - 3 months on followed by a three day break.
Is there a better way for me to manage my phenibut intake.
Thanks for your thouhts.

Hi,
I just wondered if you are still taking L-Phenibut and is it as hard to stop as antidepressants?

Nope...phenibut was a false hope. You just can't take it long-term. I've tried all the meds, none have worked consistently. I'm a trauma survivor. Anxiety started following the trauma. That was 25 years ago. I started seeing a trauma specialist 2 months ago. He's helped me...much to my surprise. I'm working off the last of my meds now.
Best of luck in your search for wellness.
John
