I have noticed some significant antidepressant effects from peppermint.
Improvements in energy and anxiety, as well as anhedonia.
From my reading, there is some dopaminergic mechanism (dopamine reuptake and or monoamine oxidase inhibition).
I notice that colors are much more vivid.

What form does peppermint come in? How much do you take?

I've been trying peppermint tea. I think there is some form of monoamine reuptake inhibition. From the feel, I'd venture to say dopamine reuptake and or MAO-A inhibition.
