Hey guys,
I am reaching out to a Traditional Chinese Medicine person for herbs. He said acupuncture is more effective. Should I try? I'd rather take herbs to be honest.

So to start off they will do Acupuncture and then I will get herbs. I just had it done. Don't know if it will help
