I have worked steadily for the last 8 hours (OKAY!!-- with "occasional" babble-breaks to rest the neurons).
This is the first time that I have worked like this since April 4th. The project is something that is dear to my heart, and there is a big deadline coming up. And I have finished the rough draft, which was my goal.
That's my Ta-Da for the day. :o)

I got my project finished, got good feedback from my advisor, and got it to the printer. I thought it would take at least 24-48 hours, but she printed it for me on the spot. That means I'm FREE! I have a little meeting tomorrow, and then I go on my business trip. :o)
here are my ta-das
1) finished my project
2) located and found my way to a decent printer
3) called my little bro to chat, and told him that I enjoyed meeting his new girlfriend (she overheard it, and sounded so pleased)
4) bought some food for tomorrow
5) have been a good supportive babbler today (I *think!*)
6) have been supportive to a friend who's going through a break-up with her b/f.

Drove to the hairdressers made an appointment for tomorrow. Went to the library. Took Teddy for a walk. Talked to neighbors. Grocery store. Rode my bike 7 miles it was getting dark. Yesterday I missed this board. When to a Ritzy Mall sold my old Rolex bought in 86, got a new one not as fancy, put a diamond ring I inheritated on consignment. Rode l4 miles on my bike. Oh and I called some docs today. Won't say why but it was had to do with some plastic last year and a correction. Love Phillipa

I hope that you come out feeling like a new woman :)and can you send some of that aerobic exercise my way? I'm kinda inactive on workdays. ugh. walked a mile in my cute shoes, have two uncute blisters.
thanks for posting phillipa. I'm glad you always post. It's really comforting somehow. Nice, like someone is actually reading the crap I write!
