I hate Him, and yet I believe in Him. I curse Him, and yet I know that He is my ruler. Am I damning myself? Is the fear of the consequence of my hatred of God what keeps me from killing myself?

You have brought up a good question. When i was in the City of Peace, I asked that question and I was told, "Behold, the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom, and to depart from evil is understanding."

How did you come to "believe in him" and "believe that he is your ruler"?
Were you brought up to believe in God?
What makes you think that God damns anybody?
Is that something someone told you who claimed to be an authority on what God is like?
I think a lot of harm can be done by certain types religious beliefs.
