Lou,
I have reviewed some of your posts and you are saying some very incredible things there.
Please help me understand what you have to say by answering a few questions.
I'll put the questions in a few separate posts so the answers will be easier for you to write and others to follow.

Lou,
You have referred in many posts to things that sound like mystical visions.
Did you have just one massive visionary experience, that you have spent your life elaborating?
Or have you had multiple visions?
How old were you when this happened/started happening?
Did the experiences come of their own, or were they the result of some practice you had followed?

fachad,
the experiance is something that I would not call a vision, but I do not know how to give it a name. You see, it was a revealing. Now when something is revealed, it is really there all the time. You just do not know it. When my experiance started, in about 1969, the things that i have been talking about were revealed or uncovered to me.It was like being transported to the events that I have been describing.

fachad,
When I was in the City of Peace, the Rider said to me, "You will go back to the world as sheep in the midst of wolves. Be wise as serpents, and harmless as doves. When they persecute you in a city, flee to another. There is nothing covered that will not be revealed, and hidden that will not be known."

fachad,
When I was travleing on the Road to the Crown of Life, I was told, "The sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory that shall be revealed in you."
Fachad, I have also wondered what innitiated my experiance. As I look back, I see that it was persecution and suffering that innitiated my experiance. But the experiance did not start untill I forgave .

fachad,
when I traveled tha Road, I was wondering about evrything. And then a voice from above said, "I know the Way that you take. And when I have tested you, you shall come forth as gold."

Lou,
Thanks for the explanation.
>the experiance is something that I would not call a vision, but I do not know how to give it a name. You see, it was a revealing.
Ok, so your expereince is best described as a revelation. The best known instance of this phenomenon is St. John's experience on the Isle of Patmos, which resulted in the last book of the Bible, The Revelation of St. John the Divine.
>When my experiance started, in about 1969...
OK, so it started in 1969.

I'm afraid in all the time since you first began posting, I've lost track of the first five gates. I remember that gates one and two were loving-kindness and forgiveness. I realize it is very difficult to reduce such a complex experience to simple words, but do you think you could briefly remind me what gates three through five were?

Dinah,
Thank you for your interest in the 7 Gates on the Road to The Crown of Life. Would it be possible for you to reserch the archives, for I am also wanting to know where I left off on the Road. Sevral posters have showed that I left off serching for Dr. Morganstern while I was away from the board several weeks ago, but that was not included in the Road. So if you do a serch nd tell me where I left off, I would ppreciate it. If you can not find the archivs, I would be glad to post , in review, the previous Gates.
Thanks,
Lou

I think the review would be best. The gates were spread out over so many posts that an archive search would involve many periods. And my mind is still a bit discombobulated. And after the first two gates, they weren't quite as easy to understand. Is there any way to identify the other gates like the first (forgiveness) and the second (loving-kindness)?

Dinah,
There were a lot of interrptions , and then there was a shift to the faith board. But the archives are all in the "social" board. I put a note on the faith and social board about the shift. As I remember, there was a Gate that would open if you agreed that there is no difference in persons on the Road. No jew, non-jew, male or female, this race or that race, etc. etc. There was also a Gate that you had to agree that worldly goods were not involved on the Road. There also was the Narrow Gate that led to the narrow path. That was not one of te Gates, for it was a turnstile. You had to go alone and you could not take anything with you for the turnstile was only able to allow the person through. In that turnstile, you had to have kept the commmandments of God from your youth. I could not enter for the Gate was locked , for I have broken the commmandments of God. But the Yankee, Lou, told me that it was impossible with man to do so, but with God, all things are possible and to go through for I "had an awful lot to live for" Then Grace, the princess, opened the Gate for me.
I hope you can take the time to go back and find the other Gates, for I can not remember all that I have posted. I would appreciate it if you share with me any ohter information that I have posted.
Thanks,
Lou

That answers my question. It would be gates 1-5 as follows:
Gate 1: forgiveness
Gate 2: loving-kindness or caritas
Gate 3: non-discrimination, treat everyone the same
Gate 4: put aside love of worldly posessions
Gate 5: perfect obedience to God's commandments which can be opened instead by graceThat would be all of them as you haven't yet told us about gates 6 and 7.
Thanks. Now I feel up to date.
Dinah
