hi! i am new to this board and really enjoy discussions about theology and as a Catholic I just wanted to open myself up to you all as a resource if you have any questions about the Catholic Church or want to discuss religious topics. I was reading through the older posts and am unsure if people even still read/post things here? so if you're reading this now then feel free to introduce yourself to me and say hi :)

Thanks for your questions-I am going to have to humbly defer your questions to a more appropriate source...such as the Pope. I apologize for perhaps misleading you by my open initiation, but my understanding of the purpose of this website was to discuss faith topics in relation to psychology and your questions are a little more detailed than I think are appropriate for discussion on this website. I have no authority to answer questions of this nature nor would I ever claim to be able to speak definitely for the position of the Church. I think personally, you might need to ask simple questions about "Introduction to Catholicism and better understand the basics before jumping ahead to these sort of questions.

Well, I did not know of what you were wanting to discuss or not discuss. I am unsure as to what constitutes a {basic} verses, I guess, a {non-basic}.
If it is only the basics of Catholicism that you would want to discuss innitially here, could you post here a few of those topics that you think are those that mmembers here could discuss with you?
Lou
